照烧猪肉饼

哒噹~~~~这是我今天做的照烧猪肉饼。。。一个字。。。赞!!咔咔咔!

煎好的肉饼加上照烧酱煮出来的效果是。。。看到吗。。。肉饼是不是很有色润?!

老公很赏脸吃了2个肉饼也!当然,iz的肉饼是没有加照烧酱的,因为Mirin的酒精成分比普通红酒来得高,但是哦!吃起来却又没有酒精味叻!

我还会继续再战照烧酱的!!

your butt is saved. We tried the recipes today, with roasted pork shoulder, good wo!!

hahaha!! you can also do it in tou fu, salmon fish...

baking must have caramelized the brown sugar and gives it the "char" taste. HLian tried the sauce without mirin (so not 照烧酱), and baked chicken legs, she said good.
